EdHub ("we", "us") provides tutoring and admissions preparation for students applying to medicine and dentistry in Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you apply through our forms, and how we handle it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your answers to the questions on our application form (for example, whether you are applying to medicine or dentistry).
• If a parent or guardian applies, their contact details and the student's details they provide.
• Booking details if you schedule a call with us through Calendly.

How we use it

• To contact you about your application and the call you booked.
• To send you information about EdHub programs that match what you asked about.
• To improve our programs and our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted services to run our business, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram lead forms), Calendly (call bookings), and our email and messaging tools. These providers only receive what they need to do that job. Some of them store data outside Australia.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email info@theedhub.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
